Scribblenauts to Xbox Live Arcade

Surprisingly, the next game which will be released from Scribblenauts developer 5th Cell will not be on handheld. 5th Cell is leaving the Nintendo DS behind with a game with the game Scribblenauts. The team really wants to make a change and move onto the big consoles. They are supposedly coming out with a “pretty big” game for Xbox Live Arcade. The co-founder, Jeremiah Slaczka was interviewed.

“We’re doing an Xbox Live Arcade title next, and it’s going to be pretty big,” he said. “It’s going to be really cool. We’re very excited about it… it’s totally not ready to be announced. It’s far away. The only thing that we’ve really announced is we’re working on console stuff, and we’ll see where it goes.”

5th Cell’s creations have always focused on emphasizing the tool of imagination and creation for the users. As of right now, a stylus is used with the Nintendo DS. It is weird to think about how the strategy is going to change when they have to incorporate the use of a controller.
