A long awaited announcement has recently been made. Electronic Arts announced that the game Mass Effect 2 will actually be releasing earlier than many thought it would. This anticipated sequel from the developer BioWare, is currently scheduled to be released on January 26, 2010 in North America. However, people in Europe will have to wait three days longer for it to be released on January 29, 2010.
Also, pre-ordering this game is going to be quite beneficial because there is a number of bonus items that have been revealed for those who order early. If you pre-order Mass Effect 2 at GameStop then you will receive access to two special items. The first item is the Terminus Armor which increases your run speed and personal shields. The second item is the M-490 Blackstorm Heavy Weapon which is a very highly powered gravity gun. If you pre-order the game at other retailers you receive two things as well. The first item is the Inferno Armor which is able to recognize elevated heart rates. The second item is the Commander Shepard which gives an increase in speed and augmented damage from combat powers.
If you want this game then I would definitely suggest that you pre-order it so that you can get a couple great items.
