Another week, another deal in the Xbox Live Marketplace from Microsoft. This week we see Ubisoft’s Far Cry 2 Fortunes Pack. Starting today, you can pick this up for only 240 Microsoft Points which is like $3.00. This expansion pack is loaded with new vehicles, weapons, and four new maps. It can add a new entertainment value to a game that has probably been collecting dust on your shelf for a few months now. This isn’t a new expansion pack though, so it’s probably got quite the history of reviews out there if you google for them.
Personally, with a price tag of $3.00, you’d be foolish not to take advantage to this expansion of the game. For a minor 5% of what you paid for the game, you can add hours of additional entertainment to your purchase. If you don’t have microsoft points, it may not be worth it to go out and buy a $20 card. Try getting some free microsoft points (you could try freemicrosoftpoints.com?) and if that doesn’t work, you could probably pass up this. I don’t have the game, I went with Fallout 3 instead of it. When are we getting a $3.00 expansion pack on Fallout 3?
